Attending Sunday Worship in Person

Welcome! We look forward to seeing you.

In the interest of remaining as safe as possible, we are masking, distancing, and asking everyone to show proof of vaccination.

Please use this Google form to provide your vaccination details and upload a photo of your vaccination card.

If you have trouble with the form, simply email a copy of your vaccination card to the church office at office@westwooducc.org. Call the office at 310-474-7327 if you need assistance.

We encourage you to send in your vaccine information even if you are not ready to attend in-person worship, so you’ll be all set whenever the time is right. Please be assured that your information will be kept private. Only church personnel and greeters will have access.

When you arrive at church, drop off children (under 12 years of age) at the preschool playground, just off the parking lot. All children’s ministries meet outside.

Go to the front door of the church (adjacent to the patio, facing La Grange Avenue). A greeter will ask you to answer the standard COVID-related health questions.  If you have not yet sent in your vaccination info we'll ask to see your vaccination card before you enter the sanctuary.

In the sanctuary, you'll see blue tape marking spots on our pews that can accommodate 1-2 people. Feel free to use as many 1-2 person spots as you need for the size of your party.

Masks are required. We will have extra masks available in case you need one. Hand sanitizer will also be available.

Your greeter will provide you with a bulletin to guide you through the service. Feel free to hum along with any of the music. Use the QR code to access our online giving platform (Vanco).

Following the service, you are welcome to greet friends and neighbors on the patio. (At this time, we are refraining from serving refreshments. We will re-integrate that aspect of fellowship time when it is safe to do so.) Parents pick up their children from the preschool yard when they are ready to leave.

After you participate in our in-person worship, if you experience any symptoms of COVID or test positive for the virus, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can make contact with LACDPH. Thank you for helping us care for each other and for our community.

Be assured that our online worship experience will continue to be available. We want you to be able to choose the worship location, be it the sanctuary or Zoom, that works for you.
